Join our Logistics team as a Senior Software Engineer – Python (m/f/d) at our logistics site in Szczecin (hybrid work model) and help build the technology that powers the movement of millions of second-hand products, contributing directly to a more sustainable future.

We are looking for a pragmatic and business-minded engineer who connects technical decisions with business impact. You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities and requirements can change, stay calm and solution-oriented when challenges arise, and take ownership rather than waiting for perfect conditions. You communicate constructively, if necessary directly with stakeholders, and help turn complex business needs into sustainable technical solutions.

Your mission

  • Redesign the warehouse management systems and processes using robotics and modern technologies

  • Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable services using Python with FastAPI or Django

  • Conceptualize and improve our software architecture

  • Understand and solve complex business requirements

  • Take ownership of services and technical decisions, and actively contribute to agile ceremonies

  • Share your expertise, support knowledge sharing, and improve engineering practices

  • Write RFCs for the decisions and maintain Architecture Decisions Records

Your profile

  • Several years of professional experience with Python and FastAPI or Django

  • Proven experience with distributed systems and cloud technologies, preferably GCP

  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools to deliver software efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards

  • Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments

  • Passion for testing, clean architecture, and clean code

  • Fluent in English& Polish and great communication skills for discussions and code reviews

  • Open to hybrid work and periodic business trips to Berlin and Leipzig
