Für unsere People & Culture Abteilung in Leipzig suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit, die die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat aktiv gestaltet und dabei die Interessen der Arbeitgeberseite professionell vertritt.
Im Mittelpunkt deiner Rolle steht die Mitbestimmung: Du führst Verhandlungen, entwickelst gemeinsam Lösungen und sorgst für eine vertrauensvolle und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit zwischen Betriebsrat und Unternehmen. Gleichzeitig bist du Ansprechpartner:in für Führungskräfte bei arbeits- und kollektivrechtlichen Fragestellungen.
Du berichtest direkt an den Head of People & Culture Leipzig.
Your mission
- Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für den Betriebsrat am Standort Leipzig
- Du bereitest Verhandlungen vor, führst sie eigenständig und begleitest die Umsetzung der Ergebnisse
- Du verhandelst und entwickelst Betriebsvereinbarungen sowie Regelungen wie z. B. Interessenausgleiche
- Du vertrittst die Arbeitgeberseite souverän und lösungsorientiert
- Du berätst Führungskräfte in arbeitsrechtlichen und kollektivrechtlichen Themen, insbesondere im Kontext der Mitbestimmung
- Du sorgst für eine klare, transparente und vertrauensvolle Kommunikation zwischen Betriebsrat und Unternehmen
- Du gestaltest aktiv die Zusammenarbeit und entwickelst Strukturen rund um die Mitbestimmung weiter
Your profile
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsräten und Freude an Verhandlungen
- Ein gutes Verständnis für Mitbestimmung sowie arbeits- und kollektivrechtliche Themen
- Souveränes Auftreten, Verhandlungsgeschick und ein gutes Gespür für unterschiedliche Interessen
- Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, auch in herausfordernden Situationen konstruktiv zu bleiben
- Eine strukturierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise
