Für unsere People & Culture Abteilung am Standort Leipzig suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit mit klarer Haltung, die Mitbestimmung nicht nur begleitet, sondern aktiv gestaltet als P&C Business Partner :in.
In dieser Rolle bist du erste, zentrale Ansprechperson für den Betriebsrat, führst Verhandlungen eigenständig und verantwortest sämtliche Themen rund um das Betriebsverfassungsgesetz und die Zusammenarbeit mit den Mitbestimmungsgremien.
Du berichtest direkt an den Head of People & Culture Leipzig, der auch dein direkter Vorgesetzter ist.
YOUR MISSION
- End-to-End-Verantwortung für alle Mitbestimmungsthemen am Standort Leipzig
- Zentrale Schnittstelle und erste Ansprechperson für den Betriebsrat sowie für interne Stakeholder zu allen Fragen der Betriebsverfassung
- Eigenständige Vorbereitung, Führung und Nachbereitung von:
- Verhandlungen mit dem Betriebsrat
- Abschluss, Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung von Betriebsvereinbarungen
- Operative Steuerung und Bearbeitung sämtlicher Beteiligungs- und Mitbestimmungsverfahren gemäß BetrVG
- Verantwortung für Kündigungsanhörungen (ordentliche, außerordentliche sowie Kündigungen in der Probezeit) inklusive vollständiger Dokumentation und Fristenkontrolle
- Sicherstellung einer rechtssicheren, transparenten und konstruktiven Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat
- Aktive Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Strukturen, Prozessen und Standards rund um Mitbestimmung und Betriebsratsarbeit
- Enge Abstimmung mit dem Head of People & Culture Leipzig sowie relevanten Fachbereichen
- Arbeitsrechtliche Beratung von Führungskräften punktuell und unterstützend, insbesondere im Kontext der Mitbestimmung
YOUR PROFILE
- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Arbeitsrecht, Personalmanagement oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige, fundierte Praxiserfahrung in der intensiven Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsräten
- Sehr tiefgehende Kenntnisse im Betriebsverfassungsgesetz und in mitbestimmungsrelevanten Verfahren
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Verhandlungsführung mit Betriebsräten
- Hohes Maß an Souveränität, Klarheit und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, gepaart mit Diplomatie
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke auf Augenhöhe – auch in anspruchsvollen oder konfliktbehafteten Situationen
- Freude daran, Mitbestimmung aktiv zu gestalten und weiterzuentwickeln
- IT-Affinität sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- Offenheit, Pragmatismus und eine moderne HR-Haltung – „Mitbestimmung als Chance“ statt Pflicht
