Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt, als Unterstützung für unser HR-Team in Leipzig, eine begeisternde und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit als Assistenz People & Culture (m/w/d).
Your mission
- Du unterstützt unsere Personaladministration im operativen Tagesgeschäft. Hierbei übernimmst Du die Pflege und Anlage von Personalakten sowie die Erstbearbeitung eingehender personalrelevanter Anfragen in DATEV
- Du organisierst und betreust die Personalsprechstunden und bist dabei die zentrale Ansprechperson für die Anliegen der Beschäftigten
- Innerhalb des Onboardingprozesses bereitest Du die jeweiligen einstellungsrelevanten Unterlagen vor
- Bei Bedarf unterstützt Du in anderen Bereichen der Personalabteilung
- Last but not least: Du arbeitest bei internen Projekten mit und darfst Deine Ideen gern einbringen
Your profile
- Du besitzt eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst bereits erste Erfahrungen im Personalwesen, idealerweise in der Personaladministration, mit
- Eine sorgfältige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise - Du achtest auf Details und gehst verantwortungsbewusst mit Dokumenten und sensiblen Daten um
- Eine selbstständige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und eine hohe Serviceorientierung, ohne den Blick für klare Prozesse zu verlieren
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gerne auch weitere Sprachen für unseren multikulturellen Standort sind von Vorteil
