Als Teamleitung Prozesscoach übernimmst du die Führung und Entwicklung eines Teams innerhalb des Trainingsmanagements von derzeit 14 engagierten Prozesscoaches (Trainer:innen) im Wechselschichtbetrieb. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team setzt du praxisorientierte Schulungen um - immer in enger Abstimmung mit dem Trainingsmanagement sowie den operativen Führungskräften.

Your mission
Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Prozesscoach-Teams
Verantwortung für die effektive Umsetzung von Trainingskonzepten
Kontinuierlicher Austausch mit dem Trainings-, Qualitäts- und Prozessmanagement zur Kommunikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und neuen Ideen
Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Schulungsbetriebs unter Berücksichtigung qualitativer und quantitativer Ziele
Your profile
Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung sowie erste Führungserfahrung im operativen Umfeld, idealerweise mit Zusatzqualifikation im Bereich Training, Coaching oder Führung von Mitarbeitenden
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsvermögen
Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Office-Anwendungen sowie Affinität zu digitalen Schulungslösungen
Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in Wechselschicht
