YOUR MISSION

  • Du betreust den technischen Support für Arbeitsplätze, mobile Endgeräte, Drucker und Netzwerkomponenten
  • Durchführung von Vor-Ort-Tätigkeiten im Rahmen von Aufträgen (Install, Move, Add, Change) im IT-Umfeld
  • Du beantwortest Anfragen über unser Ticketsystem (Jira Service Management) und dokumentierst Lösungen verständlich
  • Du verwaltest Benutzer:innenrechte und unser Asset-Management
  • Du arbeitest in IT-Projekten mit (z. B. Austausch von Infrastrukturkomponenten)
  • Du stellst die Einhaltung von SLAs sicher und sorgst für einen stabilen IT-Betrieb am Standort
  • Zyklische Erbringung von Rufbereitschaftsdiensten

YOUR PROFILE

  • Du bist ein ausgebildeter Informatikkaufmann (m/w/d), Netzwerktechniker (m/w/d), Fachinformatiker (m/w/d), IT-Systemkaufmann (m/w/d), oder bringst eine ähnliche Qualifikation mit
  • Erfahrungen im IT Service Desk oder einer vergleichbaren Rolle (auch Quereinstieg möglich)
  • Grundkenntnisse in Microsoft Windows, Google Workspace und gängigen Office-Anwendungen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Netzwerkinfrastruktur (Firewall, Switches, Access Points)
  • Erfahrung mit Ticketsystemen (z. B. Jira)
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse sind willkommen. Weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
  • Du bringst kommunikative Stärke, Geduld und eine serviceorientierte Haltung mit
  • Du hast Freude, in einem Team zu arbeiten, kannst deinen Fokus aber auch auf selbstständiges Arbeiten richten
