Du verstehst Social Media als Ort, an dem Marke, Community und kommerzielle Ziele zusammenkommen? Als (Senior) Social Media Manager (m/f/d) entwickelst du unsere Social-Media-Präsenz im Fashion-Bereich strategisch, kreativ und datenbasiert weiter.


 

YOUR MISSION

  • Du verantwortest unsere Social-Media-Kanäle, insbesondere Instagram, TikTok und Facebook, und entwickelst unsere organische Social-Media-Strategie weiter

  • Der Content-Prozess liegt von der Idee und Planung über Erstellung, Editing und englisches Copywriting bis zur Veröffentlichung in deiner Verantwortung

  • Ob Kampagne, saisonale Aktivierung oder aktueller Trend – du entwickelst dafür Social-first-Content, der zu Plattform, Zielgruppe und Performance-Ziel passt

  • Unsere Community liegt dir am Herzen: Du steuerst das englischsprachige Community Management und baust den Austausch mit ihr kontinuierlich aus

  • Du analysierst relevante Social-Media-KPIs und leitest daraus konkrete Optimierungen für Content, Formate und Kanäle ab

  • Du steuerst UGC- und Influencer-Kooperationen von Creator-Auswahl und Briefing über Verhandlungen und Aktivierung bis zur Auswertung und behältst dabei Budget, Performance und Nutzungsrechte im Blick

  • Mit Brand, Performance Marketing, CRM, Merchandise und externen Partner*innen stehst du im engen Austausch

  • Neugier treibt dich an: Du testest neue Social-Media- und Social-Commerce-Formate, als nächstes steht ein Live-Shopping-Test an

  • Du übernimmst die fachliche Steuerung eines*einer Werkstudierenden und gibst regelmäßig Feedback

YOUR PROFILE

  • Mehrjährige,relevante Berufserfahrung im Social Media Management und du kannst Kanäle eigenständig und strategisch steuern, idealerweise im Bereich Fashion, Recommerce oder E-Commerce, sowie Erfahrung mit Shopify, Live Shopping oder anderen Social-Commerce-Formaten

  • Du kannst Social Content selbst konzipieren, erstellen, bearbeiten und auf Englisch zielgruppengerecht texten

  • Du hast Erfahrung im UGC Creator und/oder Influencer Management inklusive Briefing, Verhandlung und Performance-Auswertung

  • Du arbeitest datenbasiert und verbindest kreative Ideen mit kommerziellem Denken

  • Du übernimmst Ownership, setzt klare Prioritäten und steuerst mehrere Themen und Stakeholder zuverlässig – idealerweise mit erster Erfahrung in der fachlichen Begleitung von Nachwuchskräften

  • Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Deutsch und Englisch (min. C1) – unsere Social-Media-Kanäle und deren Content sind auf Englisch

  • Du arbeitest sicher mit Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Business Manager und TikTok Ads Manager sowie Content-Tools wie Canva, InShot oder CapCut

We follow a hybrid work model with 20 in-office days per quarter to foster important personal interaction while enabling a modern, flexible way of working. The remaining days can be worked from home, and you also have the option to spend up to 6 weeks per year working from countries within EU.
