Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für unseren Standort in Leipzig eine kompetente und tatkräftige Persönlichkeit in der Funktion als Werkstudent:in Learning & Development (m/w/d) für unsere Personalabteilung. 

 

YOUR MISSION

  • Du unterstützt bei der Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Entwicklungsmaßnahmen (z. B. Trainings, Workshops, Lunch & Learns) inkl. Vor- und Nachbereitung
  • Du wirkst bei kleineren Projekten im Bereich L&D/P&C mit – von der Ideenfindung bis zur Umsetzung
  • Du übernimmst Rechercheaufgaben sowie administrative Tätigkeiten und hast dabei unsere Tools und Prozesse im Blick
  • Du hilfst bei der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres Trainingsmanagement-Systems und erstellst Auswertungen & Reports
  • Du bringst deine Perspektive bei der Evaluation bestehender Maßnahmen ein
  • Du springst bei Bedarf als Vertretung im Team ein

YOUR PROFILE

  • Laufendes Masterstudium mit Bezug zu HR, Psychologie, BWL oder einem vergleichbaren Feld
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im People & Culture-Bereich oder in L&D-bezogenen Projekten
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, strukturierter Arbeitsweise und Teamorientierung
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an Austausch
  • Du denkst mit, bringst Ideen ein und scheust dich nicht, Dinge anzupacken
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Office-Tools (Google Workspace, MS Office), idealerweise Erfahrung mit digitalen L&D-Plattformen
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
