Our mission

The Team Lead Branding, Communications & CRM is responsible for shaping and executing the brand strategy for momox and momox fashion across all communication channels. This includes brand development, corporate communications, creative production, social media, content marketing, and — moving forward — customer relationship management (CRM). By integrating CRM into this team, all customer-facing communications will be strategically aligned, creating a consistent brand experience throughout the full customer journey.

Your mission

  • Lead and develop the Branding & Communications team, including brand management, corporate communications, graphics, content, social media, and CRM managers.

  • Define and implement brand and communication strategies for momox and momox fashion.

  • Oversee development and execution of CRM strategies in alignment with brand positioning and campaign messaging.

  • Ensure an integrated, consistent customer journey across paid, owned, and earned channels.

  • Manage external communication and press inquiries for momox brand topics.

  • Provide creative direction and oversee production of brand, campaign, and product-related communication assets.

  • Foster collaboration with performance marketing, product, and BI/analytics to ensure brand-led but data-driven decision making.

  • Drive innovation in brand storytelling, customer engagement, and lifecycle communication.

  • Ensure compliance with internal brand guidelines, corporate identity, and legal standards (incl. GDPR).

Your profile

  • 7+ years of professional experience in a relevant marketing field, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • University degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.

  • Strategic brand management expertise with proven ability to translate brand values into campaigns and communication.

  • Previous touchpoints with CRM, lifecycle communication, and digital marketing.

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with creative flair.

  • Fluency in English required; German proficiency preferred.

  • Passion for fashion, sustainability, and recommerce trends.

  • Experience in e-commerce, fashion, or digital-first businesses is an advantage.
