Wir suchen zum 01.08.2025 als Unterstützung für unser P & C-Team in Leipzig eine begeisternde und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit als (Junior) Teamlead Recruiting (m/w/d) – Logistikstandort.
Your mission
- Leitung und Unterstützung des Recruiting-Teams am Standort Leipzig
- Weiterentwicklung der Recruiting-Strategien und Talent Acquisition Prozesse
- Fachliche Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder und Sicherstellung der bestmöglichen Performance
- Definition neuer Anforderungsprofile, Interviewleitfäden und Recruiting-Prozesse gemeinsam mit deinem Team
- Monitoring und Reporting der KPIs sowie Zielsetzung in enger Abstimmung mit dem Head of HR am Standort
- Schnittstelle zu anderen Standorten und Austausch über Recruiting-Themen
Your profile
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung als Senior Recruiter:in oder Teamleitung im Bereich Recruiting/Talent Acquisition
- Fundierte Kenntnisse moderner Recruiting-Methoden und Bewerbermanagement-Systeme
- Fähigkeit, dein Team fachlich und strategisch weiterzuentwickeln
- Kommunikationsstärke und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Stakeholdern auf verschiedenen Ebenen
- Analytisches Denken und Erfahrung im KPI-Reporting
- Strukturierte, proaktive und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
