Your mission
- Konzipierte Trainings setzt du professionell und eigenständig um
- Du schulst Mitarbeitende in den logistischen Prozessen am Standort
- Komplexe Prozesszusammenhänge vermittelst du qualifiziert
- Du misst den Lernerfolg, der geschulten Mitarbeiter:innen mittels objektiver Kriterien und kannst diesen in einem Feedback zusammenfassen
- Du berichtest an das Trainingsmanagement und die operativen Führungskräfte
Your profile
- Du kannst Trainingsfortschritte objektiv einschätzen
- Du verstehst komplexe Prozesszusammenhänge, kannst diese umsetzen und qualifiziert vermitteln
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine selbständige Arbeitsweise aus und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung
- Du bist im Stande eine Gruppe anzuleiten, zu begeistern und als gutes Vorbild voranzugehen
- Du verfügst über nachweisbare didaktische und methodische Kompetenzen (AdA-Schein, Trainerschein)
- Du bist aufgeschlossen zu allen Mitarbeitenden, unabhängig von Herkunft oder Kultur und verfügst über Fremdsprachenkenntnisse; Gebärdensprache wünschenswert
- Du besitzt Grundkenntnisse in Office-Anwendungen (Excel, PowerPoint)
