Your mission
- Redesign the warehouse management systems and processes via the use of robotics and modern technologies
- Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable services using Python and Django
- Conceptualize and improve our software architecture
- Understanding and solving complex business requirements
- Taking ownership of your work, and engaging in agile ceremonies
- Sharing your expertise within the team and company and improving existing processes
- Writing RFCs for the decisions and maintaining Architecture Decisions Records

Your profile
- Several years of experience with Python and Django or FastAPI in a working environment
- Proven experience with distributed systems and cloud technologies, preferably GCP
- Strong understanding of Celery and PostgreSQL
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments
- Passion for testing, clean architecture, and clean code
- Fluent in English and great communication skills for discussions and code reviews
- Seniors should have at least 6 years of experience in Software Engineering and a strong organizational and process-oriented mindset
