Der Laptop startet nicht, der Drucker streikt, und der neue Kollege braucht bis Montag seine Zugänge? Du sorgst dafür, dass es läuft. Als Werkstudent:in im IT Operations Team bist du 20 Stunden pro Woche bei uns im Berliner Office am Ostkreuz und damit direkt vor Ort, wenn es brennt. Du hältst unsere momoxians sowohl im Büro als auch remote arbeitsfähig und sammelst praktische Erfahrung im gesamten Bereich IT-Support.

Die Stelle startet zum 01.12. und wird mit einem Stundenlohn von 16,00 € vergütet.

Your mission

Du unterstützt alle Mitarbeitenden bei technischen Fragen, egal ob sie im Büro oder remote arbeiten
Du analysierst Software- und Hardwareprobleme mit Laptops, Druckern und Mobilgeräten und löst sie
Du bearbeitest Incidents in unserem Ticketsystem (Jira Service Management)
Du legst Benutzerkonten an und verwaltest Zugriffe auf unsere IT-Systeme
Du unterstützt beim Einkauf von Hardware, Software, Zubehör und Verbrauchsmaterial
Du pflegst unser internes Asset-Management-System

Your profile

Du bist in einem IT-nahen Studiengang eingeschrieben
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und hast gute Englischkenntnisse für die Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg:innen an allen momox Standorten
Du lernst gerne Neues und arbeitest dich schnell ein
Du löst Probleme eigenständig und bleibst auch bei kniffligen Fällen lösungsorientiert
Du kommunizierst klar, auch mit Kolleg:innen ohne technischen Hintergrund
Nice to have:
- Praktische Erfahrung mit Windows, macOS und Linux
- Erfahrung mit Android- und iOS-Geräten
- Kenntnisse in Google Workspace und gängigen Office-Tools
