Als Werkstudent:in Controlling (m/w/d) unterstützt du unser Controlling-Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft. Du brauchst dafür keine Controlling-Erfahrung. Wichtig ist uns, dass du neugierig bist, sorgfältig arbeitest und verstehen möchtest, was hinter unseren Zahlen steckt.
Your mission
- Du unterstützt beim wöchentlichen und monatlichen Reporting, bereitest Daten und Tabellen auf und prüfst Zahlen auf Plausibilität
- Du wirkst bei Auswertungen für verschiedene Fachbereiche mit und lernst Schritt für Schritt unsere wichtigsten Kennzahlen kennen
- Du nutzt KI-Tools für Datenaufbereitung, erste Analysen und kleinere Automatisierungen – wir zeigen dir, wie wir damit arbeiten
- Du pflegst Übersichten und Dashboards und sorgst dafür, dass die Informationen aktuell und verlässlich bleiben
- Du hinterfragst Ergebnisse (auch die von KI-Tools) bevor sie weiterverwendet werden
- Du übernimmst mit wachsender Erfahrung kleinere Analysen selbstständig
- Du arbeitest mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen zusammen und bekommst dadurch einen direkten Einblick in unser operatives Geschäft
Your profile
- Du studierst BWL, VWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, (Wirtschafts-)Mathematik oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang und bist noch mindestens 12 Monate eingeschrieben
- Du verfügst über Excel-Grundkenntnisse und kannst beispielsweise mit Formeln, Sortier- und Filterfunktionen arbeiten
- Du arbeitest sorgfältig und prüfst nach, wenn Zahlen oder Ergebnisse nicht plausibel erscheinen
- Du hast Freude daran, Zusammenhänge zu verstehen und dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
- Du arbeitest pragmatisch und packst Aufgaben selbstständig an
- Sichere (B2) Deutschkenntnisse und fließende (C1) Englischkenntnisse
