Als Werkstudent:in für Social Media Fashion unterstützt du den Aufbau unseres Live-Shopping-Formats und bringst gleichzeitig frischen Wind in unsere Social-Media- und Content-Aktivitäten. Wenn du gerne vor der Kamera stehst, ein Gespür für Trends hast und Lust hast, einen neuen Kanal mitzugestalten - bist du hier genau richtig!
Your mission
- Aufbau und Rollout unseres Live-Shopping-Formats über verschiedene Plattformen, in Abstimmung mit internen Teams und externen Partnern
- Sourcing und Vorbereitung von Produkten für Livestreams, inkl. Run Sheets, Produktübersichten und Briefings
- Moderation von Live-Shopping-Livestreams nach erfolgreichem Onboarding
- Performance-Monitoring der Live-Shopping-Formate und Reporting mit Learnings und Empfehlungen
- Recherche zu Trends, Wettbewerbern und Best Practices im Social Commerce
- Unterstützung bei Content-Erstellung, -Produktion und Onsite-Content-Optimierung
- Community-Management: Beantwortung von Kommentaren und Nachrichten auf unseren Social-Media-Kanälen
- Unterstützung von Branding- und Kommunikationsinitiativen für die momox fashion Marke
Your profile
- Laufendes Studium an einer deutschen Universität (Marketing, Kommunikation, Business, Medien oder verwandtes Fach)
- Erfahrung mit TikTok, Instagram oder anderen Plattformen; sicherer Umgang mit Performance-Daten und Analytics
- Leidenschaft für Social Media, Content, (Second-Hand-)Fashion und E-Commerce
- Starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten, auch bei mehreren parallelen Projekten
- Kamerapräsenz und Lust auf Auftritte in Social-Media-Content oder Live-Shopping-Sessions
- Proaktives, hands-on Mindset mit Ownership-Denken, kreativ und neugierig
- Nice-to-have: Erfahrung mit Live Shopping, Livestreaming oder Social Commerce; Kenntnisse der (Second-Hand-)Fashion-Branche; erste Tool-Erfahrung (Canva, CapCut/InShot)

We work together in a bright, open-plan office where even the few existing doors are always open. Our teams are motivated and open to new ideas. Flexible working hours
We follow a hybrid work model with 20 in-office days per quarter to foster important personal interaction while enabling a modern, flexible way of working. The remaining days can be worked from home, and you also have the option to spend up to 6 weeks per year working from countries within EU. You’ll also benefit from flexible working hours to fit your individual needs.
Individual work environment
Design your ergonomic workspace just the way you like it – with height-adjustable desks and the laptop of your choice (MacBook or ThinkPad). If things get a bit noisy in the office, your Bose noise-cancelling headphones ensure uninterrupted focus.
