Als Senior Carrier Manager (m/w/d) verantwortest du unser europäisches Carrier-Portfolio. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Versandpartner zuverlässig liefern, wirtschaftlich arbeiten und sich kontinuierlich verbessern. Dabei verbindest du Datenanalyse, Verhandlungsgeschick und operative Exzellenz. Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen momox und unseren Paketdienstleistern.
Your mission
- Verantwortung für das europäische Carrier-Portfolio (Post und Paketdienstleister)
- Planung und Durchführung nationaler und internationaler Ausschreibungen (RFI/RFQ/RFP)
- Preis-, Vertrags- und SLA-Verhandlungen mit bestehenden und neuen Versandpartnern
- Steuerung der Carrier anhand definierter KPIs wie: On-Time Delivery, Laufzeiten, Zustellqualität, Claims, First Delivery Rate, Kosten pro Sendung, Scanqualität
- Durchführung regelmäßiger Business Reviews mit unseren Logistikpartnern
- Analyse von Versanddaten und Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen
- Identifikation und Umsetzung von Kosten- und Qualitätsoptimierungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Data Analytics und Product
Your profile
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Logistik, Supply Chain oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im europäischen Carrier Management
- Erfahrung in Ausschreibungen und Vertragsverhandlungen
- Sehr gutes analytisches Verständnis und Freude an datengetriebenen Entscheidungen
- Sicherer Umgang mit Excel sowie SQL oder BI-Tools
- Erfahrung mit Versandmanagement-Systemen (z.B. SendIT, Metapack, Shipcloud, Sendcloud, ProCarrier oder vergleichbare Lösungen)
- Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse

We follow a hybrid work model with 20 in-office days per quarter to foster important personal interaction while enabling a modern, flexible way of working. The remaining days can be worked from home, and you also have the option to spend up to 6 weeks per year working from countries within EU.
