Bei uns übernimmst du Verantwortung für das gesamte externe Reporting eines kapitalmarktorientierten Konzerns: von der monatlichen Abschlusserstellung bis zur nichtfinanziellen Berichterstattung nach CSRD. Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle von Rechnungslegung, Kapitalmarkt und Nachhaltigkeit. Mit hoher Eigenverantwortung und echten Gestaltungsspielräumen.
Your mission
Du erstellst und koordinierst die monatlichen Einzel- und Konzernabschlüsse sowie die externe Finanzberichterstattung nach HGB und IFRS – Quartalsberichte, Halbjahresbericht und Jahresabschluss inklusive
Die Überwachung des Konsolidierungsprozesse und die Kaufpreisallokationen (PPAs) liegt in deiner Hand
Du sorgst für die Einhaltung kapitalmarktrechtlicher Anforderungen (MAR, Börsenzulassungspflichten), steuerst die Reportingpflichten gegenüber Börse und Investoren und verantwortest das Primary Insider Management
Die jährliche nichtfinanzielle Berichterstattung nach NFRD/CSRD und EU-Taxonomie erstellst du in enger Abstimmung mit dem Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement
Darüber hinaus wirkst du an Sonderprojekten mit, etwa M&A-Transaktionen, Refinanzierungen oder Kapitalmarktprojekten
Your profile
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Konzernrechnungswesen, in der Wirtschaftsprüfung oder im Finance-Bereich eines internationalen Unternehmens
Fundierte Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegung nach HGB und IFRS; Kenntnisse in CSRD/EU-Taxonomie oder Kapitalmarktrecht (MAR, Investor Relations) sind ein Plus
Erfahrung mit ERP- und Konsolidierungssystemen (z. B. DATEV, SAP) sowie sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
Affinität zu Digitalisierung und Prozessautomatisierung im Finance-Umfeld
Analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Maß an Genauigkeit
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (schriftl. und mdl.), denn du kommunizierst regelmäßig mit internationalen Prüfern und Investoren
