Als Werkstudent:in im CRM Marketing (m/w/d) – Books & Media unterstützt du unser CRM-Team dabei, unsere französischsprachigen Bestandskund:innen für die Marken medimops + momox zu reaktivieren und Kundenbeziehungen zu pflegen.
Your mission
- Erstellung von Briefings und Texten für Newsletter und Kampagnen auf Französisch
- Recherche und Aufbereitung relevanter Inhalte für unsere mehrsprachigen Newsletter in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Content-Team
- Umsetzung von E-Mail- und Mobile-Push-Kampagnen in Braze
- Qualitätssicherung relevanter CRM-App-Features
- Durchführung von A/B-Tests und Sicherstellung eines umfassenden Trackings
- Erstellung von Reportings mit hilfe relevanter CRM-Tools
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen Content, Performance Marketing, Produktmanagement, Pricing und Customer Support
Your profile
- Du studierst Wirtschafts-, Medien-, Kommunikations- oder Sprachwissenschaften oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Eine strukturierte, selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus
- Du bringst gute analytische Fähigkeiten und ein grundlegendes Zahlenverständnis mit
- Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit gehören zu deinen Stärken
- Du hast Freude am Konzipieren und Texten
- AI-Affinität, idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen mit ChatGPT oder vergleichbaren AI-Anwendungen zur Unterstützung von Prozessautomatisierung oder Effizienzsteigerung
- Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich CRM bzw. E-Mail-Marketing sind wünschenswert, aber kein Muss
- Du sprichst fließend Französisch sowie gutes Deutsch und Englisch; Kenntnisse in Italienisch oder Spanisch sind von Vorteil, aber nicht erforderlich
