Your mission
As part of our Performance Marketing team, you’ll support the planning and optimization of advertising campaigns that drive real business results. Your tasks will include:
- Assisting in the setup, monitoring, and optimization of Search and Shopping campaigns (mainly in Google + Meta’s Advertising suite)
- Analyzing campaign performance and proactively suggesting improvements to stay on budget and hit KPIs
- Running keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities
- Supporting A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and new campaign features
- Collaborating with MarTech, BI, Product, Content, and Design teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and effective
- Creating clear, actionable reports with insights and optimization recommendations
- Keeping up with the latest Google + Meta Ads features, industry trends, and performance marketing best practices
Your profile
- You are currently studying Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
- You bring a keen interest in digital marketing, with a proactive and curious mindset
- Strong analytical skills and confidence using Excel or Google Sheets
- Quick learner with strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic understanding of Paid Ads (SEM, Social, Affiliate) and analytics tools
- Previous internship or working student experience in performance marketing is a plus
- Google Ads certifications and Google Analytics experience are a bonus, not a must
- Fluent in English

Whether in our centrally located office or working remotely - you and your team decide together where and when you want to work. You can arrange your working hours flexibly. For personal interaction, your team meets at least 20 days per quarter in the office, as our team days are held in person.
