Wir suchen für unser Headquarter in Berlin zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine kompetente und kooperative Person als Finanzbuchhalter:in oder Steuerfachangestellte:r (m/w/d).
Du bist Teil eines 8-köpfigen Teams, das sich durch definierte Verantwortungsbereiche nach Länderzuordnungen und gegenseitige Unterstützung in allen buchhalterischen Themenschwerpunkten auszeichnet.
Your mission
- Kontierung und Buchung aller laufenden Geschäftsvorgänge im Bereich Debitoren und Kreditoren
- Kontenklärung und Kontenabstimmung gehören dabei selbstverständlich mit zu deinem Aufgabengebiet
- Überwachung des Zahlungsverkehrs und Abstimmung der Banksalden
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse
- Erstellung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Auswertungen und Statistiken
- Du bist aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen beteiligt und bringst hier Deine Erfahrungen mit ein
Your profile
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung, die du z.B. in einer Steuerberatung oder in der Buchhaltungsabteilung eines Unternehmens erworben hast
- Du wendest Excel sicher an, zusätzliche Kenntnisse in DATEV sind von Vorteil
- Du stellst einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch an deine Arbeitsergebnisse und zeichnest dich durch Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein aus
- Organisierte und kooperative Arbeitsweise zeichnet Dich aus
- Sehr gute Deutsch- als auch mindestens gute Englischkenntnisse - Polnisch ist nice to have

Whether in our centrally located office or working remotely – you and your team decide together where and when you want to work. You can arrange your working hours flexibly. For personal interaction, your team meets at least 20 days per quarter in the office, as our team days are held in person.Individual work environment
