Your mission
- Architectural Strategy & Decision-Making: Drive the architectural direction for critical systems, including OMS, WMS, and ERP, and prepare key decisions for migration and implementations
- CTO Partner: Enable our CTO to make informed architectural decisions, including build vs. buy strategies
- Collaboration: Work closely with Lead Software Engineers (LSE), Product Owners (POs), engineering teams and other stakeholders to ensure aligned technical direction
- Tech Landscape Oversight: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the momox tech landscape, including customer-facing and backend systems, and document it thoroughly for a future-proof infrastructure
- Improvement & Simplification: Analyze the current technical complexity and work on envisioning improvements and simplifications across the systems
Your profile
- Technical Experience: 5+ years in software architecture, with a focus on large-scale system migrations and re-platforming of ERP, WMS, and OMS systems in e-commerce (Shopify or Commercetools knowledge is a plus)
- Cloud Mastery: Expert with Google Cloud, Kubernetes, PubSub, Cloudflare, Grafana, and BigQuery
- SaaS & Tools Evaluation: Skilled at assessing SaaS options for enterprise use, with experience in tools like Asana for project management and IcePanel for architectural visualization.
- Excellent Communication: Able to clearly communicate complex ideas and technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences, building trust and clarity across teams
- Project Management Skills: Experienced in managing multiple projects, ensuring top-quality delivery on time

For personal interaction, your team meets at least 20 days per quarter in the office, as our team days are held in person.Open work environment
