• Strategische Ausrichtung des Customer Service Teams (ca. 45 interne Mitarbeitende sowie 3 externe Dienstleister mit ca. 50 Mitarbeitenden)
• Führungsverantwortung von 4 direct reports sowie direkte Berichtslinie an den COO 
• Weiterentwicklung der Customer Service Abteilung, einschließlich Prozessoptimierung und Implementierung unterstützender (IT-)Tools
• Einführung state-of-the-art Lösungen und Innovationen, wie Automationen und Einsatz von KI
• Verantwortung für die Ausrichtung und Gewährleistung der Zielerreichung gemäß den KPIs
• Sicherstellung eines erstklassigen Kundenerlebnisses in internationalen Shops (primär Deutschland, Österreich und Frankreich)
• Steuerung sowie Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen mit externen Dienstleistern

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung
• Du besitzt mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit Führungsverantwortung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften im Kundenservice (Service Center; Call Center)
• Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Methodenkompetenz sowie Empathie und Teamgeist
• Als organisations- und koordinationsstarke Persönlichkeit verstehst Du es durch eine offene und kommunikative Art die Mitarbeitenden zu sehr guten Leistungen zu motivieren
• Analytisches Denkvermögen, Eigeninitiative, ein hohes Maß an Engagement sowie eine konsequente Kunden- und Serviceorientierung zeichnen Dich aus
• Du besitzt neben einer ausgeprägten Kunden- und Serviceorientierung auch eine Affinität für (IT)-Tools und Zahlenverständnis
• Du kannst dich sehr gut auf Deutsch und Englisch ausdrücken (mdl. und schriftlich)
