Als Werkstudent:in im CRM Marketing - Books & Media unterstützt du unser CRM-Team und bist dafür verantwortlich unsere Bestandskund:innen für die Marke momox zu reaktivieren und Kundenbeziehungen zu pflegen.
Your mission
- Erstellen von Briefings und Texte für Newsletter und Kampagnen
- Recherche & Aufbereitung von relevanten Inhalten für unsere mehrsprachige Newsletter in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Content Team
- Umsetzung von E-Mail & Mobile-Push Kampagnen in unseren Tools Optimizely und Airship
- Qualitätssicherung relevanter CRM App Features
- Durchführung von A/B-Tests und Sicherstellung eines ganzheitlichen Trackings
- Übernahme von Reportings mit Hilfe relevanter CRM-Tools
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen Produktmanagement, Performance Marketing, Content, Pricing, Customer Support
Your profile
- Du studierst Wirtschafts-, Medien- oder Kommunikationswissenschaften oder einen ähnlichen Studiengang
- Eine strukturierte, selbstständige und gründliche Arbeitsweise ist charakteristisch für dich
- Du besitzt gute analytische Fähigkeiten und ein grundlegendes Zahlenverständnis
- Dich zeichnet deine Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit aus
- Konzipieren und Texten macht dir Freude
- Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich CRM oder E-Mail Marketing sind wünschenswert aber kein Muss
- Du sprichst fließend deutsch und gutes Englisch
- Italienische/spanische Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
