- Keeping statistics on the application process

The data may be passed on to the following departments within the company as part of the application process:
- Human Resources Department
- Specialist department
- Time recording
- Works Council
- If applicable, the representative for the severely disabled
Storage period
The data will be deleted as soon as the application process has been completed and there is no longer any possibility of being considered for a later job vacancy. In the event of employment, the data will be transferred to the personnel file. However, no later than 6 months after the end of the application process, regardless of employment

You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. The revocation can be made informally by post or e-mail to either the momox Services GmbH or the Momox SE.

You have the right to access your stored personal data, to have incorrect data rectified and to have your data deleted. You can also request the restriction of the processing of your data and exercise your right to data portability.
