Das Controlling bei momox ist ein Team von vier Personen für ein Unternehmen mit 400 Mio. € Umsatz. Das funktioniert nur, weil bei uns niemand Zahlen verwaltet, sondern jeder sein Thema von der Query bis zur Empfehlung ans Senior Management verantwortet und weil wir konsequent automatisieren, was sich automatisieren lässt. KI ist dabei kein Pilotprojekt, sondern täglicher Bestandteil der Arbeit. Wir suchen jemanden mit dem fachlichen Standing, eigene Themen gegenüber Geschäftsführung und Fachbereichen zu vertreten und mit dem Anspruch, Controlling technisch weiterzudenken.

Your mission

Management Reporting & Steuerung: Du verantwortest das monatliche Reporting fürs Senior Management inkl. Abweichungsanalysen über Geschäftsbereiche, Vertriebskanäle und Ankaufsländer, und du kommentierst so, dass eine Entscheidung daraus folgt
Planung & Forecasting: Du treibst Budget und Quartals-Forecasts, moderierst die Planungsrunden mit Geschäftsführung und Bereichsleitungen und verantwortest das Planungsmodell
Deckungsbeitragssteuerung: Du entwickelst unsere Deckungsbeitragsrechnung fachlich weiter und stellst den relevanten Fachbereichen die Kostenbasis für kostendeckende Entscheidungen im An- und Verkauf bereit
Business Partnering: Ad-hoc-Analysen, Sonderauswertungen, Profitabilitätshebel - du findest sie selbst, bewertest sie und bringst sie in den Fachbereichen zum Fliegen
Daten, Automatisierung & KI: Du ziehst dir deine Daten selbst per SQL aus BigQuery, baust Reports in Looker und automatisierst wiederkehrende Auswertungen, statt sie jeden Monat neu zu klicken. KI-Tools nutzt du dabei für echte Controlling-Arbeit: Datenaufbereitung, Analyse, Code, Prüfroutinen, und entwickelst unsere Arbeitsweisen aktiv mit weiter

Your profile

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Controlling eines datengetriebenen Unternehmens (E-Commerce, Handel, Logistik o. ä.)
SQL auf Analystenniveau - du wartest nicht auf BI, du schreibst die Query
Souverän in Excel/Power Query und in der Modellierung komplexer Planungsrechnungen
Fundiertes Verständnis von GuV, Deckungsbeitragsrechnung und Monatsabschluss
Praxis im Einsatz von KI-Tools in der eigenen Arbeit - du kannst konkret beschreiben, welchen Prozess du damit verkürzt oder abgeschafft hast
Die Fähigkeit, komplexe Zahlen verständlich und auf den Punkt zu vermitteln
Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher

We follow a hybrid work model with 20 in-office days per quarter to foster important personal interaction while enabling a modern, flexible way of working. The remaining days can be worked from home, and you also have the option to spend up to 6 weeks per year working from countries within EU.
