Our mission
Join our Logistics team as a Mid or Senior Software Engineer – Python (m/f/d) at our Berlin headquarters (hybrid work model) and help build the technology that powers the movement of millions of second-hand products, contributing directly to a more sustainable future.
Your mission
Redesign the warehouse management systems and processes using robotics and modern technologies
Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable services using Python, Django and FastAPI
Conceptualize and improve our software architecture
Understand and solve complex business requirements
Take ownership of services and technical decisions, and actively contribute to agile ceremonies
Share your expertise, support knowledge sharing, and improve engineering practices
Write RFCs for the decisions and maintain Architecture Decisions Records

Your profile
Several years of professional experience with Python and Django or FastAPI
Proven experience with distributed systems and cloud technologies, preferably GCP
Experience using AI-assisted development tools to deliver software efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments
Passion for testing, clean architecture, and clean code
Fluent in English and great communication skills for discussions and code reviews

We follow a hybrid work model with 20 in-office days per quarter to foster important personal interaction while enabling a modern, flexible way of working. The remaining days can be worked from home, and you also have the option to spend up to 6 weeks per year working from countries within EU.
