Your mission

  • Einkaufssteuerung basierend auf der Analyse von Abverkaufsdaten, Saisonalitäten und Trendentwicklungen. Analyse von Markt- und Zielgruppentrends sowie Ableitung strategischer Handlungsempfehlungen für die übergeordnete Sortimentsplanung

  • Entwicklung der übergeordneten Merchandising-Strategie inkl. Sortimentsarchitektur, Kategorielogik und Priorisierung von Produktgruppen

  • Definition und Weiterentwicklung von Standards für Produktattribute, Bildsprache, Beschreibungen und Markenplatzierung. Regelmäßige Analysen und A/B Tests sowie die Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen sowohl für Sortiment als auch Produktdarstellung

  • Strategische:r Sparringspartner:in für Qualitätsmanagement, Pricing und die operative Sortimentspflege

  • Enge Abstimmung mit Marketing, CRM und Social Media zur optimalen Produktinszenierung über alle Kanäle hinweg

  • Koordination mit IT, Produktmanagement und UX/UI zur Weiterentwicklung der Produktsuche, Filterlogik, Kategorie- und Landingpages

  • Monitoring von Kund:innenfeedback und Fashion KPIs, wie Retourenrate und Abverkaufsquote, und Ableitung entsprechender Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

Your profile

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Merchandising, Category Management und/oder Demand Planning im E-Commerce mit Bezug zur Modebranche

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit wirtschaftlichem oder modebezogenem Schwerpunkt ist wünschenswert (z.B. BWL mit Schwerpunkt Marketing, Handel oder E-Commerce, Textil- und Bekleidungsmanagement)

  • Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Sortimentsgestaltung, Einkaufssteuerung und kundenzentrierten Produktdarstellung

  • Sehr gutes Gespür für Produktdetails von Bekleidung und Kund:innenbedürfnisse

  • Erfahrung im Erstellen von Dashboards und Auswerten großer Datenmengen zum Zweck der Sortimentsoptimierung

  • Praktische Erfahrung mit BI- und Analyseplattformen (z.B. Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau)

  • Selbstständige, gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise und sehr gute Kommunikationskompetenz, sowie eine problemlösungsorientierte Denkweise 

  • Sichere Englischkenntnisse; Deutsch-, Französisch- oder Polnischkenntnisse von Vorteil

  • Jede Menge Eigeninitiative, Kreativität und ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität

The remaining days can be worked from home, and you also have the option to spend up to 6 weeks per year working from countries within EU.
