In dieser Rolle arbeitest du als People & Culture Business Partner Mitbestimmung & Arbeitsrecht (m/w/d) eng mit unserem People & Culture Team in Leipzig und unserem 15-köpfigen Betriebsrat zusammen.

Du bringst erste Erfahrung mit - und vor allem die Bereitschaft, dich tiefer in Themen rund um das Betriebsverfassungsgesetz (BetrVG) einzuarbeiten.

Du bewegst dich in einem Umfeld, in dem unterschiedliche Interessen aufeinandertreffen. Dein Gespür für Menschen, dein Instinkt und deine Fähigkeit zur Deeskalation sind dabei oft wichtiger als „Recht haben“.

Du berichtest direkt an den Head of People & Culture Leipzig

Your mission

Ansprechperson für den Betriebsrat am Standort Leipzig
Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Verhandlungen – perspektivisch auch eigenständig
Mitarbeit an Betriebsvereinbarungen und anderen mitbestimmungsrelevanten Regelungen
Beratung von Führungskräften zu arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen (Individual- & Kollektivrecht)
Mitgestaltung einer konstruktiven Zusammenarbeit zwischen Betriebsrat und Unternehmen
Mitarbeit in der internen Beschwerdestelle
Enge Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern

Your profile

Erfahrung im HR-Umfeld, idealerweise mit Bezug zu Arbeitsrecht oder Betriebsratsarbeit
Interesse an Mitbestimmung und Lust, dich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln
Ein gutes Gespür für Menschen und unterschiedliche Interessenlagen
Ruhe, Klarheit und die Fähigkeit, auch in herausfordernden Situationen konstruktiv zu bleiben
Strukturierte, pragmatische Arbeitsweis
