Als (Senior) Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhalter:in (m/w/d) - mit Schwerpunkt Polen, bist du bei momox in Berlin die Ansprechperson für alle Themen rund um die Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung in Polen. Du sorgst dafür, dass alle Mitarbeitenden korrekt und pünktlich bezahlt werden, behältst den Überblick über gesetzliche Vorgaben und arbeitest eng mit unseren HR- und Finance-Teams sowie externen Partnern zusammen.
Mit deinem Know-how optimierst du Prozesse, kümmerst dich um reibungslose Abläufe und unterstützt uns dabei, die Payroll auf das nächste Level zu bringen
Your mission
Einführung einer neuen internen Payroll-Software und Übergabe der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung vom externen Steuerbüro an momox
Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der Gehaltsabrechnung für alle Mitarbeitenden in Polen
Sicherstellen der Einhaltung aller arbeitsrechtlichen, steuerlichen und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Vorschriften
Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden (z. B. ZUS, US)
Enge Abstimmung mit HR und Finance, um eine korrekte Datenbasis und Berichterstattung sicherzustellen
Ansprechpartner:in für Mitarbeitende bei Fragen zu Gehalt und Sozialleistungen
Unterstützung bei Audits und Erstellung von Payroll-Reports
Beratung zu Payroll-Richtlinien und gesetzlichen Änderungen in Polen
Your profile
Mindestens 5 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der polnischen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
Fundierte Kenntnisse des polnischen Arbeitsrechts, Steuerrechts und Sozialversicherungssystems
Sicherer Umgang mit polnischer Payroll-Software
Fließende Polnischkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung
Gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit HRIS sind von Vorteil
Eine strukturierte, proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
