Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als IT Operations Team Lead (m/w/d) für unseren Logistikstandort in Leipzig. In dieser Rolle übernimmst du Verantwortung für ein kleines Team, arbeitest aktiv im operativen IT-Betrieb mit und sorgst für stabile Prozesse, klare Kommunikation und zufriedene Nutzer:innen.
Your mission
Hands-on (ca. 60 % deiner Woche)
- Administration und Überwachung unserer Netzwerkinfrastruktur (Access Points, Switches, Firewalls, File Server)
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der eingesetzten Systeme (Windows, Linux, Android, Google Workspace, Sophos)
- Planung und Durchführung technischer Projekte im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur
Führung (ca. 40 % deiner Woche)
- Fachliche Führung eines IT-Teams (4 Mitarbeitende)
- Förderung eines wertschätzenden und leistungsfördernden Arbeitsumfelds durch klare Zielvorgaben und konstruktives Feedback
- Verantwortung für die Schichtkoordination und enge Abstimmung mit dem Team der zweiten Schicht
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im Tagesgeschäft durch gezielte Kommunikation und Prozessoptimierung
Prozesse & Organisation
- Pflege einer strukturierten Dokumentation
- Bearbeitung und Priorisierung von Anfragen über unser Ticketsystem (Jira Service Management)
- Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen in Abläufen und Umsetzung effizienter Lösungen
Your profile
- 1,5 - 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der fachlichen oder disziplinarischen Führung eines IT-Teams, idealerweise im Logistikumfeld oder First-Level-Support
- Du schätzt den direkten Austausch vor Ort und möchtest ein Team führen, das du täglich siehst, begleitest und weiterentwickelst, eine 100% Onsite-Rolle passt genau zu dir
- Du bringst praktische Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Windows Server, Google Workspace und Netzwerkinfrastrukturen mit
- Du kommunizierst klar, freundlich und professionell und teilst dein Wissen gerne mit deinem Team, um gemeinsam besser zu werden
- Bestehende Prozesse hinterfragst du konstruktiv und bringst aktiv Optimierungsvorschläge ein, du willst Dinge nicht nur verwalten, sondern gestalten
- Ein geregeltes Zweischichtsystem im zweiwöchigen Rhythmus ist für dich ebenso in Ordnung wie eine Rufbereitschaft einmal im Monat
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
