Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für unseren Standort in Leipzig eine kompetente und tatkräftige Persönlichkeit in der Funktion als Servicetechniker (m/w/d) - Instandhaltung.
Your mission
- Montage von Baugruppen zu kompletten Maschinen sowie deren Inbetriebnahme
- Wartung und Instandhaltung von Maschinen, inkl. Dokumentation der Wartungs- und Inspektionsintervalle
- Bedienung und Überwachung der Maschinen im Betrieb
- Durchführung von Funktionstests sowie systematische Fehleranalyse und Störungsbeseitigung
- Reparatur und Austausch defekter Bauteile und Verschleißteile
- Reinigung der Maschinen zur Erhaltung der Betriebsbereitschaft
- Sicherstellung der Zugänglichkeit und Sauberkeit aller sicherheitsrelevanten Einrichtungen
- Demontage von Maschinen und Metallkonstruktionen bei Bedarf
- Grundlagenkenntnisse der Elektro-, Mess- und Steuerungstechnik
- Reporting an den Facility Manager
Your profile
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit elektrotechnischem Hintergrund
- Mindestens 6 Monate praktische Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung von Förderanlagen
- Umfassende Kenntnisse in der Elektro-, Mess- und Steuerungstechnik
- Verständnis für die Gefahren und Wirkungen elektrischer Ströme sowie Anwendung geeigneter Schutzmaßnahmen
- Fachkenntnisse zu elektrischen Anlagen, deren Komponenten und betriebsspezifischen Anforderungen
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
