Your mission
- Du entwickelst unsere Social Media Kanäle – mit Fokus auf TikTok und Instagram – strategisch und operativ weiter und steigerst dabei gezielt die Markenbekanntheit von medimops und momox
- Du konzipierst kreative, trendbasierte Formate und briefst zielgruppengerechten Content in enger Abstimmung mit unserem Content- und Design-Team
- Du steuerst unsere Content Creator Relations sowie die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Agenturen – von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur finalen Content-Freigabe
- Du setzt gezielte Kampagnen über den Meta Ads Manager und TikTok Ads Manager um und optimierst deren Performance datenbasiert
- Du betreust unsere Community aktiv, entwickelst Interaktion und baust langfristige Beziehungen auf
- Du analysierst Kampagnen und leitest daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Social Media Strategie ab
Your profile
- Du lebst Social Media – du erkennst Trends, Formate und Communities wie #BookTok, virale Sounds oder Reels Hooks sofort und setzt sie kreativ und markengerecht um
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Social Media Management – idealerweise in der Buch- oder Lifestyle-Branche
- Du weißt wie gutes Storytelling funktioniert und hast für den Meta Business Manager ein paar Hacks parat, die wir vielleicht noch nicht kennen
- Du sprichst Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau und fließend Englisch – Französisch ist ein Plus
- Neben deiner Kreativität besitzt du auch analytische Skills und kannst den Erfolg deiner Arbeit messen
- Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit zeichnen dich aus
- AI-Tools nutzt du als selbstverständlichen Teil deines Berufsalltags

Flexible working hours
We work according to a hybrid model that offers you maximum flexibility while also fostering important personal connections. Whether in our centrally located office or working remotely - you and your team decide together where and when you want to work. You can arrange your working hours flexibly. For personal interaction, your team meets at least 20 days per quarter in the office, as our team days are held in person.
Open work environment
We work together in a bright, open-plan office where even the few existing doors are always open. Our teams are motivated and open to new ideas. Bring your creativity to the table and make things happen! If you need a moment of peace, you can retreat to a cozy corner of the medimops library in the break room, or recharge with a game of foosball, table tennis, or PlayStation.

We love second-hand and incorporate our sustainable business idea into the office routine with simple methods like using eco-friendly supplies, double-sided printing, energy-saving modes on devices, waste separation, etc. In doing so, we take responsibility and integrate sustainability into all our activities.
Individual work environment
Design your ergonomic workspace just the way you like it – with height-adjustable desks and the laptop of your choice (MacBook or ThinkPad). If things get a bit noisy in the office, your Bose noise-cancelling headphones ensure uninterrupted focus. 1/2 day off on your birthday
Celebrate your birthday with half a day of vacation! Come in later, leave earlier, or simply take an additional half day off to have your entire birthday free – provided your birthday falls on a regular working day. Additionally, you get half a day off on December 24th and 31st.
