Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für unseren größten Logistikstandort in Leipzig eine kompetente und dynamische Persönlichkeit als Logistics Performance Analyst (m/w/d).
Your mission
- Überwachung und Analyse von Logistik-Kennzahlen zur Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
- Erstellung wöchentlicher Reports, Forecasts und Soll-Ist-Analysen mit klaren Handlungsempfehlungen
- Unterstützung von Führungskräften durch datenbasierte Analysen für operative Entscheidungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams vor Ort und der Controlling-Abteilung in Berlin zur Prozessverbesserung
- Präsentation von Standort-Performance-Analysen an die Standortleitung
Your profile
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium (z. B. BWL, Logistik, Controlling) mit mindestens einem Jahr Berufserfahrung
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1/C2) und solide Englischkenntnisse
- Sicherer Umgang mit Excel, Erfahrung mit BI-Tools (z. B. Power BI)
- Analytisches Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
- Hohe Eigeninitiative und Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
