Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für unseren Standort in Leipzig eine kompetente und tatkräftige Persönlichkeit als Werkstudent:in Arbeitsrecht (m/w/d).

• Unterstützung bei der rechtlichen Betreuung von personalrelevanten Themen, Arbeitsrecht, Datenschutz und betrieblichen Vereinbarungen
• Zuarbeit zu rechtlichen Fragestellungen im Arbeitsrecht sowie Erstellung von Handlungsempfehlungen für die Personalabteilung
• Pflege und Verwaltung von personalrechtlichen Dokumenten und Sicherstellung der rechtlichen Compliance
• Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Schulungsmaterialien und Durchführung von Schulungen für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte zu arbeitsrechtlichen Themen

• Immatrikulation in einem rechtswissenschaftlichen Studiengang, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Arbeitsrecht - 
  Erfolgreicher Abschluss des 2. Fachsemesters
• Interesse an arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen und deren praktischer Anwendung im Personalbereich
• Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• inflation compensation:

  Our employees will receive a monthly inflation compensation of € 100,00 net (full-time) until December 31, 2024. Part-time employees will receive this payment proportionally.
