• Du hilfst unseren Kund:innen mit ihren eingehenden Anliegen zur An- und Verkaufsabwicklung, zu Rechnungen, Zahlungen, Retouren oder abgelehnten Produkten
• Du dokumentierst die einzelnen Vorgänge in unseren Tools und Datenbanken, damit wir immer den Überblick behalten und uns verbessern können
• Bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse arbeitest Du kontinuierlich mit
• Freu Dich auf ein abwechslungsreiches Aufgabenfeld: Durch die Betreuung verschiedener Plattformen wird Dein Arbeitsalltag immer spannend und vielseitig bleiben
• Du startest mit einer individuellen Einarbeitungsphase, in der Du durch Coaching und Side-by-Side-Betreuung begleitet wirst – regelmäßiges Feedback inklusive, damit Du Dich kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln kannst

• Du hast idealerweise bereits erste Berufserfahrung im Kontakt mit Kund:innen gesammelt – telefonisch oder persönlich
• Fließende Französisch- und Deutschkenntnisse (schriftlich und mündlich)  sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
• Du fühlst Dich sicher im Umgang mit dem PC und dem Internet
• Mit Fingerspitzengefühl und Empathie machst Du unsere Kund:innen zu Fans und Serviceorientierung ist für Dich kein Fremdwort
• Dein Arbeitsstil ist selbstständig sowie kooperativ und Du hast Spaß an der Arbeit im Team
