Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für unseren Standort in Leipzig kompetente und tatkräftige Persönlichkeiten in der Funktion als Teamleitung (m/w/d).

• Du führst dein dir anvertrautes Logistik-Team
• In deiner Verantwortlichkeit liegen die Integration, das Feedback und die Weiterentwicklung deines Teams
• Die Anwesenheitskontrolle, das Abgleichen von Schichtplänen, die Personaleinsatzplanung und das Ressourcenmanagement hast du stets im Blick
• Durch die Kontrolle und Analyse der Abteilungskennzahlen stellst du fortlaufend die Produktivität und Qualität sicher
• Du bist die fachliche Ansprechperson für deine Mitarbeitenden
• In Absprache mit dem Area Management wirkst du an der Optimierung der Arbeitsprozesse mit

• Optimalerweise hast du erste Erfahrung im Führen von Mitarbeitenden und im Bereich Logistik
• Deine Beziehungskompetenz, Empathie und selbstbewusstes Auftreten nutzt du, um Menschen zu motivieren und für effektives Zusammenarbeiten zu sorgen
• Die Arbeit in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld macht dir Spaß
• Du fühlst dich sicher im Umgang mit dem gängigen Office Paket und hast Erfahrungen mit einfacher Tabellenkalkulation 
• Dich zeichnen eine organisierte und ergebnisbewusste Arbeitsweise aus
• Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst immer nachts

• inflation compensation:

  Our employees will receive a monthly inflation compensation of € 100,00 net (full-time) until December 31, 2024. Part-time employees will receive this payment proportionally.
