Wir suchen, für unseren Logistikstandort in Leipzig, zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine kompetente und tatkräftige Persönlichkeit in der Funktion als Lead IT Operations Leipzig (m/w/d). 

• Sicherstellung des Betriebes und Verantwortung für alle IT-Systeme an unserem größten Logistikstandort in Leipzig
• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von zwei fünfköpfigen IT Operations-Teams
• Wartung und Weiterentwicklung unserer technischen Infrastruktur einschließlich Risikomanagement
• Schnittstelle zwischen IT Operations und verschiedenen Fachbereichen am Standort
• Konzeption und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten sowohl am Standort Leipzig als auch in Zusammenarbeit mit den Kolleg:innen an den Standorten in Stettin und Berlin
• Bestellung, Installation und Konfiguration von Hardware und Software mit Verantwortung für das Inventarmanagement
• Schicht-, Urlaubs- und Personaleinsatzplanung
• Du berichtest an den Head of IT System Operations

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams
• Ausbildung und entsprechende Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Netzwerk- und Systemadministration
• Sicherer Umgang mit Standard-Betriebssystemen auf mobilen Endgeräten sowie Windows Server, MSSQL und VMware vSphere
• Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Google Workspace und Jira Service Management
• Du übernimmst gern Verantwortung und arbeitest engagiert und selbständig
• Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten
• Strategisches und innovatives Denken
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
