Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als Unterstützung für unser People & Culture-Team in Leipzig eine begeisternde und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit in der Funktion als Teamlead Recruiting & Employer Branding (m/w/d). 

• Du verantwortest die Entwicklung der Recruiting-Strategie für unseren Leipziger Standort zusammen mit Deinem Team
• Du führst unser ambitioniertes Recruiting Team
• Du unterstützt die operative Arbeit im täglichen Recruiting und bringst kreative Lösungsansätze für eine optimale Personalauswahl
• Du gestaltest aktiv interne und externe Employer Branding Kampagnen und übernimmst die Verantwortung zur Umsetzung dieser
• Du erstellst Berichte, analysierst KPIs, um unsere Recruiting-Prozesse und -Projekte zu optimieren und berichtest dabei an unseren Head of People & Culture am Standort

• Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium
• Du hast langjährige Erfahrung im Recruiting inkl. Team-Führung, idealerweise von High-Volume-Stellen
• Du bist eine motivierende Persönlichkeit, überzeugst durch sicheres Auftreten und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Du sprichst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
• Du besitzt ein gutes Gespür für die sozialen Netzwerke, auf denen sich unsere Zielgruppen und damit potentielle Bewerber:innen bewegen
