Wir suchen eine engagierte Technische Assistenz für den Bereich des Facility Managements (m/w/d), die uns bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben unterstützt. Du wirst Teil eines motivierten Teams und trägst zur reibungslosen Funktionalität unseres Logistik-Standortes und dessen Anlagen bei.

Your mission

Abstimmung und Koordination mit Haustechnik und Dienstleistern
Unterstützung und Beratung in technischen Belangen
Verwaltung von Schlüsseln und Arbeitsmitteln
Koordination von Verträgen und Abrechnungen
Begleitung von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
Kontrolle und Abnahme von Reinigungsleistungen
Organisation von Umzügen und Neubau-/Umbaumaßnahmen

Your profile

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erfahrung im Facility Management von Vorteil
Organisationsgeschick und Koordinationsfähigkeit
Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamgeist
Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen oder Google Docs
Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
