Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für unseren Standort in Leipzig eine kompetente und tatkräftige Persönlichkeit in der Funktion als Assistenz der Leitung für Arbeitssicherheit (m/w/d).
YOUR MISSION
- Arbeitsunfälle erfassen, auswerten, protokollieren und Vorschläge für Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Arbeitsbedingungen und zur Beseitigung von Gefahren und Mängeln erarbeiten
- Organisation und Dokumentation der ASA-Sitzungen
- Verantwortung für die Organisation der Ausbildung der betrieblichen Ersthelfer:innen und der Brandschutz Helfer:innen
- Standortinterne Abstimmung mit den Fach- und Führungskräften
- Reporting an die Leitung für Arbeitssicherheit
- Fortlaufende Dokumentation im sicherheitstechnischen Bereich
YOUR PROFILE
- Berufsausbildung im Bereich Büromanagement z.B. als Kauffrau, Kaufmann für Bürokommunikation oder Bürokaufmann, Bürokauffrau
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe mit lösungsorientiertem Denken und aktives Herangehen an Herausforderungen
- Selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Flexibilität, Organisationstalent, Improvisationsfähigkeit
- Hervorragende Kenntnisse in MS-Office oder Google Docs
