YOUR MISSION

  • 1st Level Support
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard- und Software
  • Fehlerdiagnose sowie Behebung bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen
  • Erschließung neuer Arbeitsbereiche
  • Vorbereitende Netzwerkarbeiten
  • Einleitung von Bestellprozessen
  • Inventarmanagement
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-System

YOUR PROFILE

  • Quereinsteiger:in (ohne Berufsabschluss) mit hoher IT-Affinität 
  • Bereitschaft, sich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
  • Kenntnisse in der Netzwerktechnik 
  • Strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Gute Windows Kenntnisse
  • Linux Kenntnisse von Vorteil
