Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für unseren Standort in Leipzig eine kompetente und tatkräftige Persönlichkeit in der Funktion als Teamleitung Prozesscoach für unsere Wechselschicht in Vollzeit (m/w/d).
YOUR MISSION
- Führung des Prozesscoach-Teams einer Schicht
- Planung und Nachhalten operativer Trainings
- Anwesenheitskontrolle, Schichtplanabgleich und Personaleinsatzplanung
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Prozess- und Qualitätsmanagement
- Rückmeldung zu den Prozessen an PM/QM
YOUR PROFILE
- Natürliche, motivierende Führungspersönlichkeit mit Erfahrung im People Management
- Strukturierte, ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute MS-Office und g-Suite-Kenntnisse sowie eCommerce - Affinität
- Bereitschaft zu erforderlicher Mehrarbeit
