Als Werkstudent:in (m/w/d) im Recruiting Team erwartet dich ein dynamisches Arbeitsumfeld, eine steile Lernkurve und ein grandioses Team: lerne mit und von unserem erfahrenen Recruiting Team, zeige uns deine Active Sourcing Skills und unterstütze uns dabei, wichtige Positionen zu besetzen. YOUR MISSION

  • Du unterstützt uns 16-20 Stunden die Woche 
  • Du suchst nach passenden Kandidat:innen (Direct Search) und verfasst individuelle Anschreiben, die die Kandidat:innen für ein erstes Gespräch catchen
  • Du unterstützt uns bei der Planung und Erstellung von Beiträgen für unser LinkedIn Profil
  • Du unterstützt das Recruiting Team mit verschiedenen Projekt- und Rechercheaufgaben, je nach deinen Interessen

YOUR PROFILE

  • Du studierst Personalmanagement, Sozialwissenschaften, Psychologie, BWL oder Ähnliches
  • Du interessierst dich für soziale Netzwerke, egal ob Instagram oder LinkedIn
  • Du hast idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrung im Direct Search von Fachkräften (z.B. auf LinkedIn oder Xing) oder konntest bereits erste Erfahrung im Online Marketing/Social Media Bereich sammeln
  • Du organisierst dich gerne selbst und es fällt dir einfach, kreative Texte zu formulieren
  • Du möchtest in die Welt des Tech-Recruitings schnuppern und dich für deine berufliche Weiterentwicklung inspirieren lassen
  • Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch fließend
