YOUR MISSION

  • Verantwortung für den übertragenen, operativen Bereich der Logistik am Standort Leipzig
  • Steuerung und Überwachung der operativen Logistikprozesse
  • Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung operativer Abläufe
  • Sicherstellung von Prozess- und Qualitätsanforderungen
  • Steuern des effizienten Ressourceneinsatzes im operativen Bereich mittels Kennzahlen
  • Unterstützung und begleitende Umsetzung von Projektarbeit
  • Einhaltung vorgegebener Budgets
  • Erarbeitung von Ideen zur Verbesserung der Abläufe und der Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung der Area Manager:innen
  • Zielgruppenorientierte Kommunikation in sämtliche Bereiche und Ebenen des Standortes
  • Sicherstellung der Mitarbeiter:inneneinsatzplanung unter Berücksichtigung der Forecastplanung im übertragenen Verantwortungsbereich
  • Vorgabe und Überwachung von Arbeitsprozessen und -anweisungen
  • Führen und Auswerten von Statistiken unter dem Aspekt von Produktivität und Qualität
  • Umgang mit aussagefähigen, einheitlichen Kennzahlen und deren kontinuierlichem Monitoring
  • Weiterentwicklung einer Lean-Struktur zur Sicherstellung ordnungsgemäßer Betriebsabläufe unter Einhaltung vereinbarter Service-Levels
  • Regelmäßiges Reporting an die Standortleitung

YOUR PROFILE

  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches / wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Logistik / Supply Chain Management oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation 
  • Du weist eine langjährige Berufserfahrung in operativen Bereichen der E-Commerce-Logistik vor
  • Du verfügst über Kenntnisse des Lean Managements, von KVP-Maßnahmen und im Bereich Supply Chain Management
  • Du verfolgst eine konsequente Kundenorientierung mit Fokus auf Qualität und Kosten
  • Gute Mitarbeiter:innenführung ist für Dich ein Selbstverständnis
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen verbunden mit einer hohen Zahlenaffinität setzen wir voraus
  • Deine ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit inkl. fließendem Englisch runden Dein Profil ab
