Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für unseren größten Logistikstandort in Leipzig eine kompetente und dynamische Persönlichkeit als Projektleitung Logistik (m/w/d).

 

YOUR MISSION

  • Potentialabschätzung von Logistikprozessen
  • Vereinbarung und Definition der Projekte
  • Projektverantwortung für Initiierung, Durchführung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung der Projektqualität, der Projekttermine und des Projektbudgets
  • Etablieren einer Projektorganisation, Klärung von Verantwortlichkeiten und Vereinbarung von Projektzielen
  • Erstellen von Entscheidungsvorlagen für die Standort- und Geschäftsleitung (Zeitstrahl, Meilensteine, Planung Gesamt-Projektbudget)
  • Initiierung von Maßnahmen bei Zielabweichungen und Einforderung notwendiger Ressourcen
  • Steuerung von wesentlichen funktional bereichsübergreifenden Abstimmungen sowie Schlichtung bei Zielkonflikten
  • Definition von Schnittstellen mit externen Partnern und deren logistische Betreuung 
  • Zentrale Ansprechperson und Berater:in für die Standortleitung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Projektteams von Fach- und Führungsbereichen
  • Reporting an die Standortleitung

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Logistik 
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Tools
  • Kenntnisse in dem Bereich des Logistik-Controlling
  • Hohe Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit sowie eine ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz
  • Hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit, Kreativität, Kooperationsfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
