Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für unseren Standort in Leipzig kompetente und tatkräftige Persönlichkeiten in der Funktion als Teamleitung (m/w/d).

• Führung eines Logistik-Teams
• Verantwortlich für die Integration, das Feedback und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
• Anwesenheitskontrolle / Schichtplan abgleichen / Personaleinsatzplanung und Ressourcenmanagement
• Verantwortlich für die Kontrolle und Analyse der Abteilungskennzahlen, um fortlaufend die Produktivität und Qualität zu gewährleisten
• Fachliche Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende 
• Optimierung der Arbeitsprozesse in Absprache mit dem Area Management

• Natürliche, motivierende Führungspersönlichkeit mit erster Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden
• Praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Logistik wünschenswert
• Spaß, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu arbeiten
• Gute EDV-Kenntnisse, vorrangig Tabellenkalkulationen
• Strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
• Sicheres Auftreten und Überzeugungskraft
• Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst und erforderlicher Mehrarbeit

• inflation compensation:

  Our employees will receive a monthly inflation compensation of € 100,00 net (full-time) until December 31, 2024. Part-time employees will receive this payment proportionally.

• Holiday and Christmas bonus:
