Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für unseren Logistikstandort in Leipzig, eine kompetente und tatkräftige Persönlichkeit in der Funktion als Teamleitung (m/w/d) für unsere Dauerspätschicht.

 

YOUR MISSION

  • Führung eines Logistik-Teams
  • Verantwortlich für Integration und Feedback von Mitarbeitenden
  • Verantwortlich für Coaching und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Anwesenheitskontrolle / Schichtplan abgleichen / Personaleinsatzplanung und Ressourcenmanagement
  • Planung, Koordination und Steuerung der Prozesse
  • Verantwortlich für die Kontrolle und Analyse der Abteilungskennzahlen
  • Fachliche Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende
  • Fortlaufende Überprüfung der Produktivität und Qualität
  • Optimierung der Arbeitsprozesse in Absprache mit dem Area Management
  • Bestandsprüfung aller Güter und Arbeitsmaterialen 
  • Reporting an das Area Management

YOUR PROFILE

  • Natürliche, motivierende Führungspersönlichkeit mit erster Erfahrung im People Management
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Logistik wünschenswert
  • Strukturierte, ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Spaß, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu arbeiten
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse, vorrangig Tabellenkalkulationen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sicheres Auftreten und Überzeugungskraft
  • Bereitschaft zum Spätdienst von Montag - Freitag (14:30 - 23:15 Uhr) und erforderlicher Mehrarbeit
