Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für unseren Standort in Leipzig eine kompetente und tatkräftige Persönlichkeit in der Funktion als Werkstudent:in (m/w/d) für unsere Personalabteilung im Recruiting.
YOUR MISSION
- Du arbeitest aktiv in allen Abläufen des operativen Personalmanagements mit, insbesondere im Recruiting (Bewerbungsmanagement, Terminvereinbarungen etc.)
- Du unterstützt bei sämtlichen Recruiting-Prozessen vom Vorbereiten bis Nachbereiten des Bewerbungsprozesses
- Allgemeine administrative Unterstützung und Recherchetätigkeiten
- Kontinuierliche Unterstützung und ggfs. Urlaubsvertretung der Kolleg:innen
YOUR PROFILE
- Fortgeschrittenes Studium in BWL mit Schwerpunkt Personal, Psychologie oder einem verwandten Fach sowie idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrung im Personalwesen
- Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Ergebnisorientierung
- Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse des MS-Office-Paketes und gute Englischkenntnisse
