Are you ready to take full ownership of payroll operations for our Polish team?
We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager (m/f/d) for our Office in Berlin who will ensure that every employee is paid accurately and on time—while keeping everything fully compliant with Polish legal requirements. You’ll be the go-to expert for all payroll matters in Poland, working closely with internal teams and external providers to maintain and optimize processes and systems.

Transition of payroll processing from the external tax office to a new internal payroll software at momox
Independently manage the full payroll process for all employees in Poland
Ensure compliance with all labor, tax, and social security regulations
Communication and collaboration with authorities (e.g. ZUS, US)
Work closely with HR and Finance to ensure accurate data and reporting
Serve as the contact person for employees with questions regarding salary and benefitsMaintain and further develop our payroll systems
Support audits and prepare payroll reports
Provide guidance on payroll policies and legal changes in Poland
Das bringst du mit
5+ years of hands-on experience in Polish payroll processing
Strong knowledge of Polish labor law, tax regulations, and the social security system
Confident user of Polish payroll software
Fluency in Polish is mandatory along with very good German or English language skills
Good Excel skills and experience with HRIS are a plus
A structured, proactive, and solution-focused approach to work
