Do you have a passion for digital marketing and want to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment? Join our Performance Marketing team in the Fashion Business Unit and help us shape the future of fashion e-commerce at momox!

As part of our Performance Marketing team, you’ll support the planning and optimization of advertising campaigns that drive real business results. Your tasks will include:

• Assisting in the setup, monitoring, and optimization of Search and Shopping campaigns (mainly in Google + Meta’s Advertising suite)
• Analyzing campaign performance and proactively suggesting improvements to stay on budget and hit KPIs
• Running keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities
• Supporting A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and new campaign features
• Collaborating with MarTech, BI, Product, Content, and Design teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and effective
• Creating clear, actionable reports with insights and optimization recommendations
• Keeping up with the latest Google + Meta Ads features, industry trends, and performance marketing best practices

• You are currently studying Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
• You bring a keen interest in digital marketing, with a proactive and curious mindset
• Strong analytical skills and confidence using Excel or Google Sheets
• Quick learner with strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic understanding of Paid Ads (SEM, Social, Affiliate) and analytics tools
• Previous internship or working student experience in performance marketing is a plus
• Google Ads certifications and Google Analytics experience are a bonus, not a must
• Fluent in English
